Agustín S. Bénétrix is Assistant Professor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin. Previously, he worked as research fellow in projects financed by the Irish Research Council and the European Research Council. He has been visiting fellow at the European University Institute. His research interests include financial globalisation, exchange rates and fiscal policy. His work has been published in the Journal of International Economics, Economic Policy, Journal of International Money and Finance, International Journal of Central Banking and The Economic and Social Review, among others.
