Emilio Espino is Associate Professor of Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT). Previously he held positions as Assistant Professor at Institute for Advanced Studies (Vienna, Austria) and as Visiting Professor at University of Pittsburgh, University of Texas (Austin) and the University of Iowa. He has been a visiting researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis since 2011. He obtained his Ph.D. from Cornell University in 2000.
Professor Espino's research focuses on macroeconomic theory and dynamic contracts. His work has been published in journals such as Journal of Economic Theory and Quantitative Economics (Econometric Society). He is member of the Executive Board of the Latin American Econometric Society (LAMES) and Associate Editor of the journal Macroeconomic Dynamics. |
